According to 'La Gazzetta dello Sport', talks have already begun between Roma boss Eusebio Di Francesco, Radja Nainggolan and Fabio Cannavaro, manager of the Chinese side who are looking to replace Paulinho after he departed for Barcelona last summer.
The Belgian was also linked with a summer move to Stamford Bridge which never materialised, Nanggolan choosing to remain in the Italian capital. However, the 29-year-old was dropped from the first team after posting a video of himself drinking and smoking at a New Year's Party, and his future has been in doubt ever since.
The midfielder is set to earn a lucrative £10million a year with Guangzhou, who have negotiated a £45million deal which will be structured as a loan with an option to make it permanent before June 30.
