Pogba made his comeback from a hamstring injury by starting Saturday's 4-1 win over Newcastle at Old Trafford, whilst Ibrahimovic returned from a cruciate ligament injury suffered back in April, replacing Anthony Martial in the 77th minute.
Rojo didn't get on the pitch, though he was named on the bench for the game, having recovered from a knee injury suffered in the same game as Ibrahimovic's.
The trio will be hoping to feature against the Swiss side as United looks to guarantee themselves top spot in the group and thus a more favourable draw in the knockout stages.
The players could be seen boarding a flight for Switzerland at Manchester Airport on Tuesday, though full-backs Ashley Toung and Antonio Valencia and playmaker Juan Mata were notable by their absences.
According to 'The Daily Mail', United's travelling party is as follows:
Goalkeepers: David de Gea, Sergio Romero, Joel Pereira
Defenders: Axel Tuanzebe, Matteo Darmian, Victor Lindelof, Marcos Rojo, Chris Smalling, Luke Shaw, Daley Blind
Midfielders: Paul Pogba, Scott McTominay, Nemanja Matic, Ander Herrera, Marouane Fellaini, Jesse Lingard, Henrikh Mkhitaryan
Forwards: Marcus Rashford, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Romelu Lukaku, Anthony Martial
