A reminder of how the draw works
Two seeding pots are formed, one consisting of group winners and another of runners-up. Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United and Tottenham will all be in the draw, with only the former failing to top their group. Teams cannot be paired with sides they have faced in the group stages or members of the same footballing federation, meaning English sides will not face each other just yet.
Group champions will travel for the first leg, which will take place on 13-14 and 20-21 of February. They will have the advantage of playing the return fixture at home, on 6-7 and 13-14 of March.
Group winners: Barcelona, Besiktas, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain, Roma, Tottenham Hotspur.
Runners-up: Bayern Munich, Chelsea, Basel, Porto, Juventus, Real Madrid, Sevilla, Shakhtar Donetsk.
Who can the Premier League clubs face?
Chelsea: Barcelona, Besiktas, Paris Saint-Germain.
Liverpool: Bayern Munich, Basel, Porto, Juventus, Real Madrid, Shakhtar Donetsk.
Manchester City: Bayern Munich, Basel, Porto, Juventus, Real Madrid, Sevilla.
