Inter coach Roberto Mancini is keen to bring Yaya Toure to Italy, insisting that Serie A have never seen a footballer like him before.
Toure's contract at Man City is set to expire in June 2017 but his future is unknown at the Premier League side, with the arrival of pep Guardiola at the Etihad Stadium this summer.
"A player like him has never been seen in Italy." Mancini told reporters in a press conference.
"Some criticise him for the Champions League, but in Serie A there are no players like him."
But, Toure responded to Mancini saying, "I still have a year's contract. If the club and fans are happy, I'll stay. It's important to understand the situation.
"If we all keep working hard and working together, I think we'll be able to enjoy some success."
